THE DESIRE MAP virtual retreat
Based on the best seller by Danielle LaPorte
CLARIFY YOUR GOALS & POWERFULLY DESIGN YOUR LIFE
When have you pushed to achieve a goal only to feel disappointed once achieved? When have you denied or ignored what your body or intuition was trying to tell you? What was the result?
Your desires are roadsigns to fulfilling your purpose. When you deny your desires, you deny your purpose. Your journey is enlivened by saying yes to yourself, on your terms. When you're clear on how you want to feel, and you commit to generating those feelings, you take charge of your life and your happiness.
In four weeks of group coaching:
+ You'll dive into what you're grateful for and why. And, what's not working. You'll get really honest.
+ You'll learn the key to making clear decisions that move you toward your goals.
+ You'll discover what you need to do to feel the way to want to feel.
+ You'll create a plan for how to get from where you are now to where you want to be and have an awesome time along the way.
+ You'll receive an online Desire Map workbook*
+ You'll have full access to me in on our private Facebook forum and be in a community of seekers all wanting to live in alignment with their core desired feelings
We meet virtually (from wherever you are in the world) every Thursday from 6:30 - 7:30pm PST for four weeks:
October 18 | October 25 | November 1 | November 8
This is a series that fits your life. Every call will be recorded for you so you can listen live or later, whatever you desire.
REGISTRATION CLOSES THURSDAY OCTOBER 18 AT 12p PST

intro to yoga
Explore the basic postures, breathing and meditation techniques in the yoga practice. You will walk away with an introductory understanding of proper alignment in class, and gain the confidence to take beginner and all-levels classes.
intro to inversions
In this workshop, cultivate core strength in order to support inverted postures. We will start by gently warming the body with a flow practice. Inversions will be broken down into key steps during the practice so that all attendees feel empowered and supported to play and challenge themselves.
Nurture & Detox FLow
In this workshop we will dive into self-care for the winter and holiday seasons through detoxing twists, strengthening core work and longer-held restorative poses to reduce stress and renew energy.
Intro Yoga in action
Yoga in Action is Off the Mat into the World’s (OTM) program that brings the OTM training curriculum to a small group setting.
In this workshop you will have the opportunity to connect to your authentic purpose, develop communication tools to put purpose into action while you cultivate community and support to make a difference in the world.
Muse Camp Faculty
Yoga in Action Workshop Facilitator
Muse Camp is a three-day women's retreat devoted to inspiring positive social change. Workshops, talks, and community building opportunities provide women and teens with the inspiration and support necessary to become catalysts for effective change.
I served as a Camp faculty member bringing the work of OTM’s Yoga in Action series to the participants, which connected the practice of yoga with personal and community change work.
